I decided to follow the TLS weight loss solution to help me transform myself. I started with the Nutriclean Detox system and lost 6 lbs. I am not going to lie to you, it was not easy for me but it was soo worth it. I felt a lot better and more focused to remain on the program. I thought I would journal my journal publicly to help keep me focused and accountable.
